1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the xabj platform at xabj.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the xabj platform and close any account you may have opened. Continued use of the platform following any modification to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

xabj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, xabj will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of xabj's gaming services is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of xabj or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from xabj or any other affiliated platform.

Age Verification

xabj takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. At registration, all users are required to confirm that they are 18 years of age or older. xabj further reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate.

Where an account is found to belong to a person under the age of 18, xabj will immediately suspend the account, void any pending or settled bets placed from that account, and forfeit any balance remaining. Any deposits made to an underage account will be returned to the payment source wherever technically and legally permissible.

Geographical Restrictions

xabj operates with Bangladesh as its primary target market. Players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. xabj makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or lawful for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access xabj's real-money gaming services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only on xabj. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, xabj reserves the right to merge the accounts, void any wagers and bonuses accumulated across duplicate accounts, and suspend or close all accounts associated with the individual.

Account Credentials & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xabj account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. xabj staff will never ask you to disclose your password under any circumstances, including via email, support chat, or telephone.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify xabj immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of such a report, xabj will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation. xabj shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

xabj operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit identification documents before your first withdrawal, when your cumulative withdrawals reach a certain threshold, or at any other time at xabj's reasonable discretion. Required documents may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card or passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or photograph of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed to xabj's satisfaction.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on xabj are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). xabj does not apply currency conversion fees or hidden charges to deposits or withdrawals. The balance displayed in your xabj account at all times represents the exact amount in ৳ available to you, subject to applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds.

Accepted Payment Methods

xabj currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Money: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on xabj via mobile money services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your xabj account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. xabj is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network congestion, or bank processing windows.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is detected, xabj reserves the right to withhold the deposit amount pending investigation and to return funds to the originating account.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of submission for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though xabj reserves the right to process large withdrawals in tranches at its reasonable discretion.

xabj reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. In the event that a withdrawal is delayed for security or verification reasons, xabj will contact the account holder via the registered email address within 24 hours of the request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

xabj offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and game contribution rates. The specific terms for each bonus or promotion are published on the relevant promotional page and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real money by meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated on the promotional page.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a prior bonus remains active may result in the prior bonus being forfeited.
• xabj reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus at any time, with or without notice, where it determines that the bonus is being exploited or abused.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, or the T20 World Cup are subject to additional specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

Bonus Abuse

xabj employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing bets on opposite outcomes to reduce wagering risk (so-called "bonus laundering"), systematically exploiting errors in promotional terms, and coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, xabj reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals tied to abused bonus funds, and permanently close the accounts involved.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on xabj — including live casino titles, slot games, cricket betting markets, and Asian table games — are subject to their individual game rules as presented within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game or market, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Random Number Generation

All slot games and random-outcome casino games on xabj use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by independent software suppliers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. RNG systems are independently tested to ensure statistical fairness. xabj does not influence the outcome of any RNG-certified game.

Live Casino Games

Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. These games are subject to the rules enforced by the live dealer and studio management. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, xabj will resolve the outstanding wager in accordance with the game provider's technical fault resolution procedures. Players are encouraged to maintain a stable internet connection when participating in live casino sessions.

Cricket Betting Markets

Cricket betting markets on xabj cover the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Odds are updated in real time for in-play markets. Bets placed after the conclusion of the event or market to which they relate are void. xabj reserves the right to suspend any market at any time, including during live play, where the integrity of the market cannot be assured. All cricket betting disputes are resolved by reference to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC).

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, display errors, or incorrect odds being published — xabj reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the accounts involved. xabj will not honour bets that have been placed at odds or under conditions that resulted from a technical error, regardless of whether the error was apparent to the player at the time of placement.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on xabj and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraudulent activity: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Money laundering: Using xabj to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of illegally obtained money. xabj is required to report suspected money laundering activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with one or more other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing hole cards, exchanging information in live poker games, or manipulating cricket or sports betting markets.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the xabj platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics. All automated account activity is monitored and accounts found using such tools are permanently closed.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider in bad faith. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation. Where a chargeback is found to be fraudulent, xabj reserves the right to pursue recovery through legal channels.
• Harassment: Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive language toward xabj staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly taking advantage of a software bug, odds error, or display malfunction to place bets at incorrect prices or in conditions that would not ordinarily be available.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

xabj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Detection of suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity
• Receipt of a valid chargeback claim that has not been resolved to xabj's satisfaction
• Death of the account holder (account closure upon notification from the estate)
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under xabj's Responsible Gaming programme
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your xabj account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC verification has been completed and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements apply to the balance.

Effect of Closure on Bonuses

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by xabj — all unearned bonus funds and bonus-derived balances are forfeited immediately. Real-money balances earned independently of any bonus are not subject to forfeiture unless the closure results from confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from xabj for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion via [email protected] or through the account settings dashboard. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and without question. A minimum self-exclusion period of 6 months applies. Players who have self-excluded will not receive any promotional communications from xabj during the exclusion period. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xabj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. xabj's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through xabj's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. xabj's internal complaints procedure may be initiated by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint".

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with xabj's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and xabj with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
